All ticket sales for events at Cactus Theater are processed through our authorized ticketing partner, SquadUP.
All Sales Final
All ticket purchases are final.
Due to our ticketing system and contractual obligations with performers, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for:
- Unused tickets
- Missed events
- Schedule conflicts
- Changes in personal circumstances
We appreciate your understanding and support of live entertainment.
Valid Purchases Only
We can only assist with ticket-related issues for purchases made directly through our official website or SquadUP.
We are not responsible for tickets purchased through third-party sellers, resellers, or unauthorized sources.
Event Changes
In the event of a cancellation or major change (such as rescheduling), any refunds or credits will be handled in accordance with SquadUP’s Terms of Service.

🛍️ Merchandise Returns (Online Store)
Return Window
Our merchandise return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase.
If 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable/digital products
- Sale items (final sale)
- Personal care or sanitary goods (if applicable)
- Any item returned damaged or not in original condition (unless due to our error)
